This is a fundraising event for EC Band and an entrance fee is charged for spectators.
Itinerary:
Buses depart NHS 4:30 p.m. – Students should bring $ to eat @ concession stand.
Exhibition starts at 6:30 p.m.
NHS performs at 7:30 p.m.
Return back to NHS appx. 9:00 p.m.
Bus chaperones - We’ll need 1 or 2 per bus (short ride)!

Water/Drink handlers - Ensure enough bottled water & canned drinks are iced in ice chests and loaded for travel. Help with distribution to students after performance.
Keeper of the “Chickens” - Make sure ‘chicken’ cases are loaded for travel. Help distribute ‘chickens’ to band members on arrival to venue. Be available to re-pack chickens when the band comes off the field after performance.
Props haulers/Percussion/Instrument haulers - Help load trucks, drive if available, load in/out at venue.
